Payment

You will get a detailled invoice with stated VAT. In cases of warranty, this invoice is also your proof of purchase and you should keep it carefully.

Customers from countries outside the European Union do not have to pay german VAT. They still have to pay national VAT and custom duties for import. We always bill the net prices.

If your goods are sent to a delivery address within the EU, you have to pay german VAT at first. We can repay this as soon as you sent us the stamped export documents of the customs authorities with the original invoice.
